Paul Rosenberg is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, mortgage lending, mortgage remedies and residential and commercial leases.

Mr. Rosenberg graduated from York University in Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1972, and from the University of Toronto Law School in Toronto with a Bachelor of Law Degree in 1975. Mr. Rosenberg was called to the bar in Ontario in 1977. From 1985 to 2003, he was a senior associate in a law firm which he co-founded, in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Mr. Rosenberg has had extensive experience, predominately in the area of real estate law, and conducts his practice with a very “hands on” approach. His practical style and accredited mediation skills allow him to clearly identify his clients’ issues, address such issues in a concrete manner and ultimately get the job done.
