David Downs is an associate in our firm. His practice focuses on civil litigation including commercial/business disputes, insurance related and personal injury claims, estate disputes, family law matters, medical/professional negligence and account collections.

Before starting his studies at law school, he worked as an insurance adjuster for a general insurance company in Toronto and completed several related courses through the Insurance Institute of Ontario.

Mr. Downs was called to the Ontario bar in 1987. He received his B.A. from York University in 1978 and his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1985.
